Our inventory comes from bicycle shop overstocks, manufacturer representatives samples, factory over-runs, retail buyouts, model close-outs, demo fleets, pro team members, armature cyclists, and collectors.
We tend to cater primarily to that buyer seeking to upgrade or has a custom build project they're looking to outfit.
We clean and inspect each item carefully prior to listing and once more prior to shipping.
We attempt to accurately describe each item to the best of our ability, pointing out any particular attributes (good or bad). We take several detailed high resolution pictures of the actual item highlighting specific visual features or possible condition issues (cosmetic or otherwise).
We typically answer most inquiries the same day.
We securely package and ship items all over the country, usually the same day (except Sundays) On larger items we generally offer an optional expedited shipping service.

Should there be an unforseen issue, we have a 30 day return policy. We also offer incentives for our returning customers.

TBB believes in sustainability. Buying and selling things that already exists extends the useful life of the products, making for a much lighter environmental footprint. It's the greenest and most economical way to shop!
We use recycled shipping materials, packaging supplies, and paper. We also recycle almost all of our shop waste and scrap metal to minimize what's sent to landfills.
